I lived in Pine Valley for 4 months while working in the area. I like how they laid out the apts. Most of the apts are on the second level and below you are just garages so you don't have to worry about making noise to people down below. I did not have any problem with "thin wall syndrome". I never heard a peep from my neighbors apts. My 1 br was bright and airy, clean. Nice appliances. (it is true about the models they show you. Some don't come with the features they show) but nonetheless, my stay was comfortable there. I was near the playground, so occassionally there was a lot of hooting and hollering by the neighborhood kids, but hey, we were all kids once. The office staff is great (well I did have a problem w/one girl, but she was either fired or quit, not sure). They always bake cookies and put them out in the common room in the office. There is a very nice pool with a lifeguard on duty. And a gas grill at the pool, for residents to use,which I never found without gas in the tank. There are also charcoal grills for residents use scattered around the property. The complex is nicely laid out for dogwalking or jogging. Plenty of grass and they have dog poop cans around too (although they could use a few more scattered about). Nice quiet location but close to all the stores that you might need. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
