Downstairs apt with neighbors that have no since of time. They wash and dry clothing all times of the night and early am hours. They run around their upstairs apt playing with their dog and their friends til weee hours of the morning and yes we have asked them to please keep it down, which has fallen on deaf ears. The plumbing is always backing-up and because there was an unreported leak in the upstairs apt, we got mold on our ceiling.
