When we first moved in we had problems with the sliding glass doors being off track. In the dead of winter with the wind it seemed almost pointless to run the heat because of this air coming in. Took maintenance 4 times before they came up with a solution on how to fix it. We have problems with plumbing backing up, or stove not working correctly, and or dryer not drying the clothes. They need more dog trash bins around the complex, 2 doesnt cut it. They also need another dumpster, its always filled to the top with trash sitting outside of the one they have. Just too many problems for the price being paid... yes what they offer is great, but what good is it if there is always problems'
