Staff is very kind. I have had a few problems, but maintenance seems to be on top of things within 24 hours. The dumpster has been a issue in the past and i have addressed it, they are working on getting it resolved. Any problems that do arise they address, maybe not the minute you want it, but there are 300 apartments, you can't expect immediate service. I think the price and cleanliness is very reasonable. I would recommend this community to others.
