Pine Valley is really a great apartment complex. The floorplans are spacious, garages included help with storage. The public areas are well kept, with a barbeque area and pool and playground.

I looked at some of the complaints and it seems like the complainers never lived in an apartment before - we have lived in 6 (or more - I have lost count) in various states and have found this to be one of the best. Both our washer and dryer have three settings, so that one reviewer must have just gotten an unlucky draw.

The trash situation (while not perfect) is not as bad as described. When you move in they have assigned trash days (according to your apartment number they aske you to bring out your trash on a certain day of the the week (they give you 3 options) - and they ask that you don't bring your trash out on weekends, because maintenance is not there to compact it. But of course, typical of apartment dwellers - many people ignore this request, so on the weekends (only) the trash piles up.

We don't have any problems with the noise - again it is an apartment complex - and thumpers and woofers are legal. Noise is somthing that is present in EVERY apartment complex, except the most elite of course.

We have found that it is generally quiet, family oriented, there are lots of kids which, while adding to the noise, makes it fun! It's affordable, and fairly well kept, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

In fact - here comes the maintenance man (they are extremely nice and helpful) to fix my toilet!

It's obvious you are from the office, and most of the "reviews" on here are a joke written by the office in an attempt to up the ratings. I thought this site was for prospective tenants and tenants to rate the apartments? Why do you feel the need to counter every negative thing said? I lived here a few years ago, and have to agree with the negative reviews.
