I've lived here for a few years, and it has steadily gotten worse. There is a huge mold problem...so much so that I've developed serious allergies and health problems. The apartments are also poorly made. The construction is so flimsy that it costs more the heat and cool the apartment than a full house. Also, the rents are steadily increasing, while the bills keep rising. You have to pay for everything...water, sewage, gas, electricity, phone, cable, etc... Besides that the quality of the residents is slowly decreasing. The only good thing I have to say is that they are apartment 'homes'...with a nice layout and a garage. It is one of the few places that has garages for each apartment. But, overall, it is expensive to live here, and for those with allergies, I would not recommend it.
