I haven't heard my neighbors since I've lived here; walls are very sound proof. Layouts are beautiful; you will truly feel inspired by your home. Beautiful landscaping. The only cons I have are: 1) Some of the appliances aren't exactly luxury. Dryer only has highest setting, which is a huge problem because most of my clothes call for tumble dry low. Dish washer and stove work OK but really out of date. I had a few things out of sorts when I moved in. The staff fixed everything within a day or two of turning in the move in sheet. They are very into the community and throw parties, etc. 2) Parking is sort of an issue. There isn't any overflow parking conviently located, so visitors have to walk all the way around several buildings to get to my apartment. If you have 2 cars and a one-car garage, you have to park directly behind the garage, so if the person in the garage has to leave before you, you end up constantly moving cars around. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
