Certainly a misnomer to call this place a luxury apartment. Stove is an antique, not even a lighted one at that, or digital with a clock and a timer and it burns everything in the oven even though i set the time below instructions, needs repair.
Walls need soundproofing, and it is odd to drive your garbage to the dumpster which is ALWAYS overflowing. I have to hurl it UP (like a shotput) and into the dumpster, the pile of garbage is so huge. lol.
Management is cold, i mean really hostile. Never a smile, they are the most unhappy lot i have ever seen, even on ice cream night. They dont even deliver a newsletter to me so I can attend any community functions, if there are any. Ans I did ask for newsletters.
And certainly no granite countertops, mine is ugly faded brown with a gouge.
People leave their dogs on their porches and they bark, bark, bark until you complain of course. But they are the largest apts you can get for the money they charge, at least that I have ever seen, and i love putting my car in a garage at night, too. Charging a total of $75 for 3 deposits for the mail key, garage remote and fitness center is ridiculous, I didnt bother with those. I think those should come with the price of the place.
They were trying to rent out a 2 bedroom that i saw as a model and the carpet was visibly worn out! ugh.
But they did put a nice soft new carpet in my place (oh boy). Otherwise the place was given to me with a dirty shower (brown with dirt) and dirty kitchen floor. yuk. I had to clean it.
And they charge $25 per month for a pet fee, along with $300 pet fee, $150 of which is supposed to be refundable. Thats pretty pricey for a cat! Grass is frequently too long, in need of cutting, too. Not really a stand out place just a run of the mill complex, but I liked all the room for my stuff.
