Town & Country Stonegate

Nice place... From: itzagoodthing Date posted: 9/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Stonegate is a great place to live. I have lived here for two years without any big problems. Sure, stuff happens with your apartment (it would be the same if you owned a house or rented another place though) and the maintenance guys are really quick and very friendly. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are spacious. The rent went up $50 this year, which I was not happy about, but what can you do. Neighbors here are friendly and this is a very family-oriented neighborhood. It really does feel more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. I have been very happy here, overall. This area is a lot cheaper than Newark (where I used to rent) and is certainly safer. I have never felt unsafe here. My major complaint is that there is not enough parking in my area of the complex (I live by the pond and it is one of the more populated areas). I just bought a house, so I will be moving soon, but this is definately the best rental experience I have had.
