It was descent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have to say of all the apt. complexes I have lived at, this has to be one of the best, but the year I was there was a year of remodeling, and there were some problems with the contracts breaking my things. I also have to say that there was a lack of notice regarding specific dates that things were going to be done. I also have to add that on move out, I found a drawer of old letters from previous tenants about problems that had had that were sent to the office that were quite similar to ours. They are very particular. But as far as apts go. They were pretty nice. Their maintance is pretty awesome. We had a really high gas bill in the winter too because of the windows, which never really worked right. But you could put your hand to it and feel a breeze.
