I have lived here for about 2 years. Overall I have been happy. I have seen some improvements in that time. When I first moved here, unruly kids were in the street like stray cats. That has been controlled thankfully. The ant problem is not an issue. I thank my stars it is not a roach or rodent problem as with so many shared dwellings. I do hope they do better in keeping the pool clean this year and extend their open dates. If they pride themself on being an adult community (exemplified by the lack of even a small playground) then they should be consistent in opening the pool to not only cater the kids' school schedule. Pay adult lifegaurds. Don't be cheap.

I had the same issues when I lived there... the pool schedule reflected the highschool kids...and the little ones. I got off of work wanting a swim and it was closed. on the weekends it was FULL with tons of kids..having an adult swim day/time would be helpful.
