I have lived here for 2 Years, on Saturday my A/C would not work. It was around 95 that day so I called the office and to my surprise found out " This was not an emergency". Well when Town & Country owned this property it was considered an emergency!
This is why I pay to live in a so called "upper scale" apartment complex.Sawyer now owns this property which explains alot.They manage alot of crappy complexs in Baltimore.
Well this is not one of your Section 8 properties.I did not sign my lease with Sawyer I signed with Town & Country. What can I do to get out of my lease' Besides paying a 2 month buy-out, which the rude young manager barked at me.All I can say is Run do not rent here.
