Had no issues with renting here! QUIET From: perpetual_lotus Date posted: 11/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I moved in with my boyfriend and spent the better part of a year in Stonegate. the service staff was ok...provided you always dealt with the same person. Staffing issues and scheduling meant that you might not interact with all of the same people. we had issues with ants but they took care of it quickly. they sprayed outside for bugs weekly and the grass and grounds were kept clean! the apartments were spacious for their price..beautiful kitchen ...all new electronics I suggest keeping in communication yearly with the office...to make sure that your heaters and air conditioners are properly serviced! the work out room is TWENTY FOUR HOURS! i used to go to work out at all times of the night and never had any issues. the building however had windows that were not kept locked so that anyone passing by if they wanted to get to you could crawl in the first floor widow nice spa...nice pool....
