Considered an upscale community, but I feel a lot of things they do are unacceptable. I was willing to pay a higher rental rate to live in a nicer community, but this is not considered one. My biggest petpeeve is the constant hanging of letter, flyers, and office correspondences on the doors. The wind blows them off, and this creates trash in the areas. The staff is not qualified to enforce any lease laws. They need to read the landlord/tenant codes. The interior of the unit I occupy, was temporarily fixed when I moved in. The door stoppers were glued on, the closet racks were not secure and fell, and there are water stains appearing on the ceiling.
