Lived at this complex for about 3 years ending about a year ago. The place is decent.
The Good
Decent residents, most seemed considerate of noise, etc.
Nice clean units
Well maintained grounds
Responsive, friendly staff
The Bad
A 2am freight train took a little getting used to.
3 brm. units were only second level. Bummer f you have kids.
Black ants, but never saw a nasty roach or rodent.
The Ugly
Some residents don't clean up their dog poo, but I hear there is a dedicated park now
The Canada geese poo littered the sidewalks.
