We've lived here for a year and a half, and will probably renew our lease,,,,,,,however, the staff is unfriendly once you have signed your name on the dotted line and those staff members that live on premisis, have their own illegal handicapped parking spaces that they use. According to an Elkton Sheriff, a handicapped spot without a sign is not official, however, an employee of Michealson's is using a handicapped spot although she is not handicapped, not does she have a permit. I'm sure if anyone else parks in this space without a permit,,,,,,Ewing will be right there to tow them away. The owners of the complex, Michaelson's, hail from the mid-West,,,,,,,,,,C I believe. They could care less whats happening here.
