This is a great place to live. Probably the cheapest place in Cecil, that is nice and includes a washer and dryer. The Landlord is very nice and takes care of things right away, even though he is a one man show. My neighbors have been pretty loud since i moved in, when I was in my bedroom i couldn't hear them but I complained once and my landlord assured me they were already being taken care of. I have no problems with parking.
