As long as you plan on looking at your lease on a daily basis to make sure that you are not being signed up for another year lease 3 months prior to the end of the first this place is for you. If you try and break your lease they do their best to try and screw you over as a tennent. First they tell you that you need to let them have 30 days notice and pay a 2 month penalty which is fine and expected however if you are moving out mid-month they say that you are responsible for the entire month's rent even if you leave on the 2nd of the month. That makes no sense at all it should be pro-rated for the number of days you reside in the apartment. If you have any questions or problems Mark the "property manager" says he is "Just an employee and you have to call home office" instead of being pro-active and helping his tennents.
This place is terrible and I would never allow any of my friends to live here. GET OUT WHEN YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!
