I have lived in West Creek Village Apts. for about 8 months now. All in all I'm happy with where I live. The floor/ceiling is a little thin. I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor does. I don't seem to hear anything from my neighbors to my side, though. I haven't run into many problems with the neighborhood in front of the apartments (Winding Brook). It's definitely not pretty to look at and maybe not the safest to travel through, but I have never seen the kids enter the apt. complex. I think the price is fair for the spaciousness and everything seems to be in good working condition. They are now working on a new entrance to the apartment complex that will be constructed between Persimmon Creek townhomes and the West Creek Village shopping center, so you won't have to deal with the unpleasantness of Winding Brook too much longer.

i'll be moving into west creek in a three bedroom, any idea on how the gas and electric run, just need an estimate

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE MANAGERS PROMISE OF A NEW ROAD. DONT BE FOOLED, (SERVICE) IS THAT OF A SLUM-LORD,THE MAINT-MAN IS A NASTY/RUDE/ WISE GUY AND DO NOT LEAVE ANY NOTICE THAT YOUR HOME HAS BEEN ENTERED IF YOUR NOT THERE ,THE MANAGEMENT ACTS CONCERNED HOWEVER, ONLY WITH COLLECTING RENT , YOU HAVE TO DRIVE THROUGH CRIMINALS TO GET INTO THE COMPLEX, RENT RAISED $45 EVERY YEAR
PLEASE RENT ELSEWHERE AND GET MORE PRIVACY/ SERVICE / RESPECT FOR YOUR MONEY
