I currently stay in a one bedroom apartment, and these apartments aren't bad at all. I live in the new construction, and you definitely get more for your money. I have looked all over for apartments of this quality but only to find i would have to pay at least 950 and up for something this nice. Of course, you have to ride through the "hood" to get to your apartment, but they dont bother u at all. And as far as the noise, it's an apartment people!!!! You are going to hear noises from your neighbor, welcome to the "Apartment Life", if you dont like noise from neighbors, i suggest you go and rent a house or something. Haven't had any maintenance issues as of yet, so not sure on how quickly they respond.
