I am shocked to read the nasty reviews of my favorite apartment community in Ellicott City. I lived at Ashton Woods for three years, until I recently bought a new home. I fell in love with the wooded setting, the picturesque landscape, the central location. The outside of the buildings reminded me of a Lake Tahjoe retreat. I lived in a two bedroom, two bath apartment. Not only was it a huge apartment, it had a gorgeous wooded view and I never had one problem with my appliances. The office staff and maintence team were kind, punctual, and went out of their way to do things like feed my cat when I went out of town, deliever my packages to my door, and call me after every service request to make sure I was satisfied. I do not have these luxuries in my new home and sometimes I miss Ashton Woods. I would highly recommend this apartment community.
