I really like the large living room and large bedroom closets. The porch is nice, and the bedrooms have large windows. There is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms and my light switches are kind of screwed up. The kitchen stove/counters are a bit dated, but certainly in good working order. I haven't had any problem with noise and neighbors seem friendly. There is plenty of parking for my roommates and guests, I just wish it had better lighting for security reasons.
