I lived in the complex for two years and it was a wonderful experience. I never had any problems with neighbors. The property manager Cindi Nance is excellent. She was always accessible during my time there and always have a positive upbeat attitude.
Any concerns I had was always address and she always followed up to ensure I was satisfied. The grounds are always well maintain and pleasant to walk around. The trash bin are always emptied in a timely manner. I would most definitely recommend Ashton Woods has a viable home for anyone who is looking to live in the Ellicott City/Columbia corridor.
