Since Sawyer took over we now apparently have free entertainment included with the rent. Hip Hop music blaring from cars and apartments throughout the day and early evening. For the after 2am crowd there's music with a Latin beat for your listening pleasure. Frequent visits from the police make it unnecessary to wait for Saturday night to watch Cops on TV. In the past 3 months alone I got to see live and in person, three arrests, all tenants of Charleston Manor.

I took a drive past some other Sawyer Properties out of curiosity (check out their Townhomes in Catonsville of off Winters Avenue) . I'll admit Charleston Manor seems to be one of Sawyer's better Ghettos, but give them time, they only took over Normandy Woods a little over a year ago. Maintenance no longer exists, my ceiling is literally coming undone at the seems, I put in a request to have it fixed two months ago, I'm hoping to still have a ceiling by the time they show up. It's true that management is friendly and always cheerful, but if something involves actual work or spending money to fix anything that the general public can't see (like the inside of your apartment) you'll get a whole lot of yes sirs and no results.

This is one tenant of 10 years who won't be renewing his lease.
