Dont judge a book by it's cover.

1. Bathroom toilet floods, called the emergency line, they were in my apt. in less than 6 minutes.

2. The pilot light is out and the heater no longer works..... 15 minutes and someone was knocking on the door.

3. Broke the blinds and needed new ones. Next day I had brand new blinds.

4. Largest freakin living room I have seen in a 2 bed 2 bath, 21 inches. 17 inches if ur living in a 1 bed 1 bath.

5. Pool the size of a mansion. Tennis court is ok. But wait. I dont have to go to a gas station to vaccum my car, there are 2 vaccum stations by the tennis courts.

6. In 2 years I only called maint. 2-3 times

7. Yes I may get an occasional neighbor that is lousy or noisy but if you want absolute silence go to the freakin library, this is an apt. complex you idiot.

8. Great scenary and a nice walk around the complex.

9. Walking distance to safeway, papa johns pizza, dunkin donuts, shell station, cleaners x2, laundromat, fittness center, ups store, IRISH PUB, ritz camera, bowling alley, ford - honda - nissan - acura - infiniti and saturn dealerships, vet. office, walk-in medical center.....etc !

10. Moving to a 2 bed 2 bath next few month cause I LOVE IT HERE.
