Not Bad for the Money

I lived in a 2 bedroom with a den. We never had any maintnece problems. The only problems we had were with the neighbors, who were of multi-ethnic origins. As long as you don't mind the diversity, it's nice. Never had a problem feeling safe (my roommates frequently forgot to lock the door at night and we were never broken into). As far as the parking lots, if your smart enough to not leave valubles in plain sight, you'll have no problems.
The windows were single pane in our place and the carpet was kind of cheap, but I understand that they've replaces the carpet and windows since I've moved. They've aparently made many updates. The pool is nice and recently renovated. The excercise room sucked though. I had no problem walking around there late at night by myself. I only moved because of my roommates. I would recommend it if you don't mind the diversity.
