Well lets see, problems with this apartment complex.
Well the unit I'm in has one parking lot for 9 buildings, each building has 9 units, thats 81 apartments, 50 parking spaces, each apartment allowed 2 cars... you see the problem here.
Next problem, we were without heat for 4 days because the heating and AC system they use is as old as the building and they only replace the filders once ever 12 months, and when the guy finnally came to fix it, all he did was ----- about how he had to come out to fix it, and how we should fix it ourselves... when the utility room is locked.
Next problem, try to make a noise complaint about nieghbors screamign and playing loud music all night every night, they don't call you back, and if you call the next day and try to complain they tell you that you need to put it in writeing... and god forbid you have to mke a drug complaint, they just ignore you all together.
My biggest complaint, we have been in this apartment for 10 months now, there sending us a letter that we need to renew the lease, but to renew the lease they want an additional $170 a month now.... yeah, if I had that kind of money I wouldn't be liveing an a apartment, espiecally when a morgage averages $1000 a month around here, and they want $1100 a month. So you can guess what I'm doing.
Oh yes, and don't gorget about the whole the size of a softball in the foundation thats been here for 10 months now.
