Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
We moved in here Jan 2004 (it's now 7/2005) in that time the trash has been more frequently left out side the dumpsters, our tires have been slashed, security was hired then the Donaldson Group took over and fire the security. The playground has been vandalized and has be come a hang out for foul mouthed teens. The breeze way smells of wood rot because of the frequent roof leaks. Renter beware!!
