We have lived here unfortunately about 4.5 years and that is 4.5 too many. When we moved her it was in a rush as the home we were renting was being sold. This property was reasonable in price and at that time the property was managed by people who appeared to care. Now after each purchase it has gotten progressively worse. Around 10:00 p.m.the base and rap music starts only followed by the 2 a.m. Latin fiesta. I really don??t care what kind of music people listen to but during the time people are supposed to sleep I care quite a lot!
I recently looked at the back of my canceled check for find and I quote ??HUD Property Owner??. That sounds like something that should have been conveyed to the current tenants. Let us make the decision if we want to stay and deal with the problems that are inevitable. If this is HUD housing now why is the rent skyrocketing' Shouldn??t it be as cheap as the tenants they are moving in'
The recent snowstorm just proves my point. The laziest of people shovel the snow onto the sidewalk if they shovel at all. Those who didn??t shovel waited for the snow to melt causing the sidewalks and parking spaces to become a 2-inch thick sheet of ice. COMMON! The people they have moved in are ignorant and inconsiderate. Some tenants use other peoples cars to rest their shovels and brooms on. When I went behind them to shovel they laughed at me like they got the stupid white girl to clean up after them. I am glad I am not raising children here because I don??t want my children to know that there are people this ignorant on the planet. Nor do I want they to hear me always saying what a waste of flesh.
No assigned parking, trash overflows and there is no maintenance.
