I have had to call maintenance every three weeks to come in and recharge the AC because it won't cool my apartment; there's a serious leak in the system someplace which no one can seem to take the time to fix, they find it easier to just recharge the refrigerant. There is ONE MAN to handle this chore in the entire complex. He is apparently overloaded with failing AC units and no one in management seems interested in subcontracting out the AC work so as to stay caught up. This means other service calls are very low in priority during summer. I also have a pending service call for removal of a bird's nest from my dryer vent. There is no outside screen over the dryer vent. I complained two weeks ago and have called twice since and am still waiting for maintenance to take care of it. The rental office seems more interested in throwing the next community yard sale or the next pool party than in keeping its tenants happy. Thousands of dollars went into building a brand-new community center while many of us are sweltering nights due to broken AC units. I've lived here for five years and service has deteriorated terribly ever since Donaldson Group took over management.
