A good place to live if you've been kicked out of every other complex in the state because of your overly loud (I mean waaaay loud) music, drug habits, total disregard of nieghbors, hanging out with friends in stairways, fighting, trashing your own apartment and common areas, grilling on your balcony while using your balcony for garbage storage....the list goes on.
You can do all that and more here because Donaldson does not care as long as they get a check every month! This management company is the WORSE yet!!! Never rent from Donaldson!
