I use to live at Charleston Manor and it would have been 3 years. It was great when Normandy Woods was managing. The neighborhood was quite and clean. Charleston Manor arrived on the scene and the whole script was flipped. I could not wait to get the hell out of there. For the rent of $1006, I should not have been living with people on reduce rent. Now not all people on Section 8 are loud and drug users & sellers, but the old one apple can spoil the bunch was definitely in effect. Management was horrible and of little assistance with removing these tenants. The people just have no value of taking care of the property. I would not recommend anyone paying $1000 rent to give their money away to Charleston Manor.
