From the moment we moved here everything has been horrible! The grounds are filthy because people are to lazy to put their garbage in the garbage cans. Raw meat is left rotting in the parking lot. The stairways are covered in trash. Large groups of teenagers roam the facility yelling and banging on things. The police are here every night! Not only can you hear EVERY noise your neighboors make, this place is a nonstop party zone with music blaring, people screaming and yelling all night and the stairways are the hang out zone unless it's warm outside then you get to hear them screaming profanities from their balcony or porch. You can barely walk outside because of the people hanging out in the entryway. When they are not partying in their apartments they are sitting in the parking lot with the music blaring from their cars and literally dancing in the street! Kids run around all hours of the night totally unsupervised, banging on doors and yelling as loud as they can. If you get a "remodeled" apartment you'll notice within the first week that the walls and ceilings show cracks, the carpet starts to pull up since they didn't bother to put the carpet under the molding, bathtubs are chipped and the vent rains on your head from the apartment above. The "fitness center" is small and hot and only open when the office is open (useless if you work). The pool is open during after school hours in the summer so if you have a preschooler it's useless to you. So unless you want to spend your life with the constant thumping of bass, drug deals all around, frat house type parties, aggressive teenagers, police constantly knocking on doors and surrounded by filth... DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

What ever happened to (shape up or ship out)! It's like Managers do not care anymore. Anything goes & communities all over are going downhill. Neighbors do not look out for each other & communities are allowing anybody to move in. You work all day, week, month, & year only to come home to someone who lives beside you who is on section 8 & who was home all day doing absolutely nothing. As soon as you come home this individual decides to be inconsiderate & runs the street like a thirty-forty year old teenager. When I was coming up Section 8 people were in Section 8 homes, not mixed in w/ the working community. Don't get me wrong their are some people who are trying to become better & move on from section 8 or whatever their situation is.. BUT then their are the other people who simply do not care. I know what you are going through & I hope that your nightmare will end soon. Thanks for the heads up & I hope you find a nicer home.

I have lived here for about 2 years, my children play outside, at the tennis court and the pool. they have a group of friends that are well mannered and behaved. My children are in at 7pm (teenagers) in the summer and them and there friends do not run around all hours of the night I have not seen the police here, I do not have people screaming curse words outside or in. we are cordial to our neighbors. I have yet to see a drug deal go down???????????? Our Building is clean. our dumpster area is clean, yet to see rotting meat??????? NO parties in our building. I would recommend this complex to anyone.

The above review is absolutely TRUE. I have Section 8 above me but was made to prove I have a certain income to live in a 'remodeled' apartment. My apartment has flooded in the first 6 months I've lived here, had a gas leak and walls show cracks - not to mention the spiders and centipedes! Children run WILD here - they are rude and throw their toys and litter around without care. I have actually had children CLIMB ON MY CAR. Additionally I have had children / teenagers hanging out in the hallways and setting fire to parts of the building. I have had the police to my apartment to report all this as the management staff do NOTHING. I was awoken last night with a police helicopter hovering over our parking lot - this is a horrible place to live and I cannot wait to move. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
