Please dont listen to the trashy comments negative about charleston manor. Those people were probably evicted or/and couldnt pay their rent ontime. It sounds like they are the type. The community was really friendly and the people in the leasing office were nice. I still live here after 3 years. and not one problem. The people who all complain have nothing else better to do. maybe they should look for a job and pay rent ontime.

Oh! One more thing...get your story straight. You speak in the past and then in the present. Do you live in the dump I refer to as hell now or not? First you say "the community was really friendly" which suggests it was friendly in the past. Then you say you live there currently. Also, "dont" and "couldnt" are not words! Don't and couldn't are words. Learn how to speak and write english! Point PROVEN!!!! Community full or foreigners and hoodlums!

Your experience may differ from others, but there are no excuse for personal attacks and jumping to conclusions about other members who frankly express their experience. Otherwise, customer service changes with change in management and your experience may be legitimate. Mine was terrible and would not recommend during my stay in 2004-2005.

Gosh, The mean post about grammar. Who cares. Why do you have to be so rude. Maybe it's people like you who are judgmental and arrogant who is giving the place a bad name. I lived at 3232 Normandy Woods Drive, and I never had a problem with new or old management. I was there from 2005 to 2008. I had very nice neighbors, and it was quite on my street. No problems.

Excuse me ma'am. My rent is always paid monthly ontime, every month. So much for your theory. I don't believe they are good with what they do and this is a poor complex. I wouldn't want to work here either.
