We have been here since April 07 and have had pretty good experiences here. Our building is smaller and more secluded from the rest of the complex. Our neigbors are nice and not noisy. The only people we can hear are the ones that fight constantly in next building. We can only hear them when the windows are open. We feel safe walking around here with our son and there aren't any people hanging in the stairwells. The maint. crew is prompt and do a good job. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. The only complaint I must say is that the fighting neighbors are quite annoying as they curse A LOT, and there are people who have no sense of the leash law in this county. Oh yeah, one other annoyance, dog poo in the grass everywhere. The complex has bag stations for dog poo but they are never refilled and it seems no one knows how to pick up after their dogs. We need a bigger place and found a good deal elsewhere and will not renew our lease here.
