I read through some of the previous reviews and I have to say, they honestly shocked me. If they're true... then Charleston Manor has seriously turned things around. My neighbors are quiet, nobody hangs around the hallways, I've never seen the police on my street, I only see kids at the playground/tennis courts (not hanging in the streets/around cars), and when I had an issue, maintenance was prompt. The only thing I can complain about is the lack of courtesy on the part of some of the dog owners. It's not that hard to pick up poop, people!
Don't get me wrong, Charleston Manor isn't special. You get what you pay for. But it's a suitable place, decent compared to most places, and overall, I'm happy with where I live.
