Normandy Woods is like living in inner-city Baltimore. The palce is trash. It's all sect8 and low income, low life, horrible trash ass people. Don't even call the office or the so called management - they are a complete joke. The rent is so high for the junk you get in return. If you have any sense, stay away from this dump - it's United Nations mess at its best!
