The office staff is extremely rude. Their treat their renters like garbage. When you first walk in to sign a lease they are friendly, but as soon as you sign the lease they treat you like garbage and a nuisance. They never return phone calls and do not keep their word. When you request an apartment they tell you one price and when you come to sign the lease they increase the price, by that time you are desperate to get housing so you agree. They are constantly looking for ways to charge people money. Moving out of Charleston Manor was the best decision I have ever made. I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
