I disagree with the last "neighbor" of mine at Chatham. First off all you should have your facts straight before posting anything anyplace. All of Howard County must except a certain percentage of low income families. They didn't just start taking Section 8, they have ALWAYS had Section 8.
Furthermore it is a curtiousy for the "unfriendly" woman at the leasing office to take your packages for you. They could simply say NO, we won't except the package.

Oh yes the leasing office has closed early at times. But if you noticed...One "woman" runs the office. They're aren't 10 different people working in the office to take over when the "woman" need to go to doctor's or take care of children/loved ones, out to lunch, rent court, etc...

The Management company used for the pool last year was NOT very good. However the "woman" at the office CANNOT control life guards arriving on time. They can only report it and hope to have someone come in replacement. I did hear that it's a new Pool Management Co. this year, AND...that the "one" woman in the leasing office got permission to have the pool open earlier this year, because so...many of us wanted this! I am proud to live at Chatham and as long as I have to "rent" I will stay here!!
Oh yeah, what are u putting in your sink to have it keep backing up'' I bet that maintenance don't waste anytime getting there to take care of the problem, do they''

Check the crime reports in the area, car are broken into ALL over the Ellicott City area!! Don't leave any valuables in there and it won't give anyone a reason to break into your vehicle.
