Went downhill since they accepted Section 8

The woman in the leasing office are not very friendly and unreliable. They frequently close the leasing office early, which means you cannot get your packages that are delivered there until the next day.
The apts. have gone downhill since Chatham Gardens started to accept Section 8 housing applications. My wife had her car broken into, but luckily nothing was stolen.
The life guards at the pool are frequently late.
Frequent problems with my sinks clogging up.
