I have lived here for nearly two years and there are good points and bad. You simply cannot beat the price. You will not be able to find another apartment this large in Ellicott City (or the surrounding areas) without paying over $1,000. The maintenence is slow -- you really have to keep on them to get things fixed. However, if the job is an emergency one or very necessary, they are there in a hurry. MUCH safer that the other complexes in this area.
