I had some problems with this place when I first moved in, but some people have gotten fired and it?s a lot better now. There have been some maintenance issues, like unfixable freon leaks in the air conditioning system, but my experience has been that they will recharge your A/C quickly, and do the right thing about your BGE bill too. They also worked with me well when I had a small kitchen fire. (By the way, wherever you live, you should have renter?s insurance.)



The staff has always been courteous to me. I suspect it's because I'm always courteous to them. That's just common sense.



The price is better than anything else nearby, especially considering that the apartment is large (1050 sq ft for a two-bedroom) and the neighborhood quiet. The pool is nice, each block of 6 has its own laundry room within the building.



I just renewed for another year.
