The worst apartment complex I have seen

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
In the 4 months I have lived here, I have experienced more maintenence issues than I have in EVERY previous apartment put together. They seem put out to maintain the building in good condition. Waiting over 24 hours for a maintanence emergency is a common experience. I will definately NOT be renewing my lease here...if I even stay here that long.
