Dominion Great Oaks

Good old Dominion From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 1984 - 2003   Great Oaks has been around for over 30 years. I used to live there long ago and still come through to visit life time friends who happen to happily remain residents of the community. I've seen children grow up here, former residents return, and incompetant managers quickly replaced. I've lived in and worked at quite a few rental communities and this by far is the one where I felt most at home. Complaining usually comes from people to whom the price is more important than the value.
