I don't understand the horrible reviews this apartment complex has gotten. Maybe this is because i just graduated from college and college apartments are notorious for being inhabatible for normal human beings. Whatever the reason, I find this place to be more than adequate. It is true the maintenance crew could use some work. They are not especially prompt about fixing problems, however I have had no problems with the front office staff. They are always courteous and nice when i go in. I have always felt that people with attitudes receive attitude. With regards to the rodents and bugs. I haven't had any problems with this. I did find a few spiders after I brought my plants in for the winter, but that is to be expected. It is true there are some older kids who loiter around and make noise (i.e. questionable reputations)but these few kids are not the majority and this is not constant behavior. I like the way the apartments are arranged so that the two bedrooms are in the same building and the one bedrooms are in a different building. I'm in a one bedroom and I think that really cuts down on the noise by not having families with children next door. I love how the apartment complex allows dogs with a pet deposit. That is one of the reasons I decided to move here. All in all I think this community is an excellent place to live. The price is reasonable, the neighbors are friendly and besides a few inconveniences (like leaves and slow maintenance) I have had no issues at all.
