Dominion has potential, but...

In Feb 04, a friend of mine needed a roommate because his moved out. When I first moved in, it was fine. I liked the layout and the size of the rooms. But there are numerous problems with Dominion:
The kids are crazy. I almost ran over some little kid on a motorized scooter last week. They are in the streets and don't even watch for cars.
The rental office is dumb too. I move in the next day after my friend's roommate leaves. They give us a 60 day notice to vacate. I apply to be put on the lease, but they never gave me a response, and still kept the 60 day notice. Then they try to say "your guests urinated in the mulch on march 27th at 2:30pm" Total BS.
What really pissed me off is when a car got broken into, we told the owner of the car because we heard the glass break. An hour later, two of our friends come over and the police knock on the door 5 minutes later. The cops ask to speak with the 2 guys who came over, and said they "fit the description" My friend asks "what's the description'" The cops just stay silent. Those two guys look NOTHING alike either.
Parking is not so great, but I've seen worse.
There's more, but I am too tired to type anymore. I just moved out last night!
