We moved into this apartment April of 2003 and at first loved it. Then when christmas time came around our stove stopped working. We had a big dog so we had to make sure that we were there when maintenance came because they were afraid of her, which was not a big deal. Well they had come before I had gotten home and left a note on the door so I called the rental office. I told her what had happened and she had the nerve to tell me "well if you want your stove fixed I suggest you not go anywhere." They were rude and their customer Service is awful. I also would like to know why we pay a pet fee if it doesnt cover damages. If we had to pay $550 just so our dog could live there and give them money then this place is worse then i thought. $550 for nothing. I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. The maintenance men were awesome though. Unlike the rental office they want their tenants to be happy. Not only that but when we moved in the tile was coming up in our bathroom, garbage disposal broken, counters in every room had stains on them, we did have any heat or air conditioning, there we cigarette butts in the cracks in the bathroom, cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter, the drawers in the kitchen were filthy, and our front door didnt shut all of the way. We never got half of the things wrong with the apartment fixed because we would call and put in a request and get no response. Their answer for the tile coming up in the bathroom was that all of the bathrooms looked like that there was nothing they could do. What would I have done if my 4 year old sister had cut her foot or hurt herself on the broken tile. I would not reccommend this place to anyone as I stated above. I would rather live in my car at least I would be treated with a little more respect.
