I thought I would be getting a decent apartment at a reasonable price when I came to Dominion. Instead, all I got was headaches and hassles.

The office staff is only out to collect rent and they don't seem to have an understanding of good customer service. Often, the office is short staffed and it can take days to get a response from them.

Not much money is put into the upkeep. When I moved in there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed. To me, anything that needs maintenance should be taken care of before you move in.

Some of the other tenants are nice here, but some are not. It only takes one or two inconsiderate individuals in a building to make things difficult. They don't seem very discerning about who they rent to here. There are a lot of "shady" individuals.

If you move here you'll regret it. I know I can't wait until my lease is up!
