We moved in December on a special of free rent. Can't afford to break the lease because they charge you 4 months rent and you have to pay back the free rent. Hope you're not afraid of big, black hairy spiders because they are lurking in the dark stairwells and get into your apartment through the single pain window gaps, dry-rotted base boards, and the uninsulated gap under your door. The utility bill for a 2 bedroom is around $250 in the summer and winter. They won't allow you to transfer if you're not happy-- you have to break the lease. Don't go out on the balcony because it's fragile and dry rotted. Some of the balconies around the windows are hanging. The laundry room looks like a crime scene waiting to happen. All of the residents look depressed- some just look like criminals. I've seen shattered glass in the parking lot which probably came from a break-in. There is no lighting behind the buildings and dead trees that have fallen over. Squirrels eat away at the storage door on our balcony. Mice run rampid between us the neighbors apartment. The staff talks down to you when you call in a maintenance request like it's your fault that the appliances and windows fail to work. The kitchen has an old meat cutting board for a countertop-- a health hazard! You'll resent making the decision to live here.

Whats funny is, this was before they fixed it up... Not much has changed since!
