I have lived at Great Oaks for about 5 years. Everyone in the office is professional and very nice. They always make me feel welcome when I come into the office or I call. Maintenace is fantastic also. They are very prompt to fix things and the overall appearance of the property is well maintained. Not every community is perfect but for being in Howard County and for the great way I am treated by the office staff, I am willing to deal with minor imperfections. I have had a few friends move here and they love it too(Also, I got $500 off my rent just for referring someone). If you want to feel like you are more than a monthly check, come check it out.

Interesting. My friend who referred me only got 300.00. at least that's the current policy. I think your experience is unique.
